I played a little bit in college but after a break, the games played at the game store just were not setup for the 2000 point army with the armored ork bosses and the snot throwers or orks with meltas and other whatnot. We did that when we added orcs to the space hulk games we played back in high school with the stats on the back of the Rogue trader box set. You don't HAVE to use the most recent set of rules or even all the rules they have.As long as both partiesĪgree to what rules you want to use, it really doesn't matter.No one is going to call the Cyber Police You know, you could just play using the rules you want? I don't play or have anything to do with WarHammer. I still have some Rogue trader ork minis plus lots from the first Ork books. Then that nerfed all the orks to have the stats of the lobotomized ork and that was the last of the fun with them. Really, orks used to be able to shoot weapons and all kinds of awesome.
